Hi, I am Julie, the face behind the design

I’m so excited you stopped by! My name Julie Wenzlick, and I am the owner of P&W Designs LLC, where I help women with design work and systems to calm the chaos. Equally right and left brained, I have the expertise to see the moving parts in your business and give you design systems (like templates or a complete visual identity) to make your business an efficient, pretty machine!

By day, I work full time in the retirement consulting world, while momming to a little girl. I live 30 minutes west of Minneapolis, MN with my husband, Matt, daughter, Dani, and dog, Harley. If you follow me on social media, you’ll also see that wellness and holistic health are a huge part of my life. I am addicted to outcomes, to growing but have learned it can come at a cost. To that end, that’s why my business and my life isn’t about getting more done, its about finding time for you, showing up for what matters and creating the life you dream of.
